Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of this website. They do not govern any work we do for you — that is covered by the agreement we sign with you.
Who you are dealing with
This site is published by Hodari Group Ltd, a company registered in Ghana at R224 Okpoti St, Teshie, Accra, Ghana (GZ-156-4607). The Group operates through Hodari Technologies Ltd and Hodari Consulting Ltd. Where this site refers to "we" or "us", it means Hodari Group and those companies.
What this site is
Everything here is published for general information: what we do, who we are, and how to start a conversation. It is not professional, technical, legal or financial advice, and you should not act on it alone. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and submitting the contact form does not create a contract or oblige us to take you on.
Using the site
You may read, print and share these pages for your own or your organisation's purposes. You may not use the site unlawfully, attempt to gain access to systems or data you have no right to, interfere with its availability for others, extract its content by automated means for republication, or use the contact form to send bulk, abusive or misleading messages.
What belongs to us
The content of this site — text, design, layout, photography, illustration and code — and the Hodari name, logo and product names belong to us or to our licensors. Nothing here transfers any of that to you. Quote us with attribution; do not present our material as your own or use our marks in a way that suggests we endorse you.
Accuracy and availability
We take care to keep this site correct and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, accurate or up to date, and we may change any of it without notice. We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may suspend or withdraw it.
Other people's sites
Where we link to a site we do not control, we do so because we think it is useful. We are not responsible for its content or its handling of your information.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site or anything you rely on from it — including lost profits, lost business or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Privacy
How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and the courts of Ghana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of this site.
Changes and contact
We may revise these terms; the version published here is the one that applies, and it was last updated on 6 September 2026. Questions go to info@hodari.io.
